Sometimes, when I think how close I am to leaving school and becoming an actual adult, it gives me the chills, seriously...like, this is it, Chezka, you can't be a child anymore.

But I guess I won't let go of being a free spirit quite so easily, because what is life without a little fun??

Hey everyone! It's been a busy week for me recently, as I graduated from higher studies (one year to go!! yippee!!) last week, and celebrated Halloween at Hard Rock + MGM Lion's Bar just last weekend. As always, I'm still quite tipsy from the party mood and could barely focus on my studies + errands this week.


We had an awesome time though - I love costumes! I was Harlequinn (or the female version of joker) I'm so proud of me because I made the top part of the costume! Whew, thought I would never get it done...


Every good thing though, comes with bad news, because my remaining grandfather has just passed away, and what's sad is I could not go with the rest of my family to the funeral. Who knew it would happen so quickly? Lolo, I hope you're happy wherever you are...well, till next post, see you lovelies :) How was your halloween?

Remember these cosmic beauties I got when winter was almost over? Well, I'm glad to say they're back!! and I love them to bits!!! These they're-black-they're-grey boots deserve more airtime on this blog, and for sure this is not the last you will see them.

Now, as for the sweater, well, it is the same one as last time, but I altered it a bit, just a little snip here and there and Voila! A new sweater! Scroll down for the pictures!

The skirt is a more recent purchase, to add to my obsession with sheer for fall looks~~

On other things, my HK trip was a failure, immigration didn't let me through, but I'm not giving up! Good thing Mr. L was so understanding. We've rebooked for next Friday - I'm wishing for the best!

Hey lovelies! It's been a while, I know, but I'm back :)

So, it continues to be cool here in Macao, so I've really gotten the chance to re-wear all my thinner jackets, which have been rotting away in my closet alllll summer! But, as my post title states, I am not ready to let go of summer trends - especially sheer - just yet!! So I decided to mix this lovely sheer pink top (bought in sales) with heavier, more fall separates :)

Fall has come to Macao early this year, I mean, can you believe it? Because I seriously can't, as it was scorching hot just a couple of weeks ago. But one day, it just became cold, and voila, here we are again with cardigans, blazers, sweaters, stockings blah blah blah!! I'm so psyched -- alright, enough talking, let's move on to pictures!

Okay, you may ask why my pictures look different from the usual pictures on OddCandy, but you see, these were taken by Leon Lee (Mr. L on this blog), my new boyfriend, with his camera. Let's just say he's the best extra perk I got from my internship, anyways, scroll all the way down for a sneak peek of him ;)

Oh and the band-aid on my head is something I got from the accident I told you all of in the last post..hehehe..I won't be wearing heels for a while either :(

Hey, lovelies!! So recently I was feeling funky when I wore this 'Michael Jackson blows bubblegum' tee from Artworks in the Philippines! It was so cute and colorful I knew I just had to make an outfit around it!!

I know these aren't the usual blogger-style shots you usually see on my blog but you see, when me and Carla were about to take these, the camera ran out of battery and the spare battery was dead as well, so we had to use her iPhone instead!! I don't know, I guess I just decided to go crazy with this shoot and I must say, this outfit brought out the Avril/Hailey in me...hence, the posing :)

These shoes are my latest purchases. I think the biggest influence AJ Hackett has over me was a new found appreciation for sneakers and sporty shoes in general. I loved the patented glossy black of these shoes and the raised platform, and eventhough they're not the comfiest shoes to wear I love them to bits!!
