Hi babes! Woah...it feels so long since my last outfit post, but I hope you gals didn't miss me too much. Just a few hours ago, it was Valentine's, and boy, can I tell you...it was perfection. I think I've mentioned somewhere on this blog before that I used to not believe in Valentine's. But it has grown on me. It's a celebration of all forms of love - between families, friends, and of course, lovers.
We've been having perfect, beautiful weather these past couple of weeks, and today was no different. Leon just so happened to be off, so we had the whole day to spend together. He made me lunch, which was sweet, and outdid himself yet again with his present, which you can check on my IG and this blog soon enough =) That evening we celebrated my baby sister's birthday in Hard Rock Cafe - the whole family got together, just singing along with the band, laughing, and having a rocking good time.
Outfit-wise, while I was planning to go all-out Valentine's (like the queen of hearts), in the end I settled on a simpler color scheme with romantic, sexy details like a bare midriff and a frilly hem. The only red I actually needed was my perfect red lip. What do you think? Should I have worn more red or pink? And how did you spend your Valentine's? Let me know. See you soon - Che

ReplyDeleteWe don't really like the commercial valentine's bull. Hub and I have our own valentine's every single day of the year. Still in love, still special all the time... no need to "enhance" that once a year. But I get why people love it.
